Why are some sticks drier and some more moist?Updated a month ago

Because our meat sticks are crafted in small batches using regenerative, grass-fed, and finished farms—not large-scale factory operations—variations in taste, texture, and consistency are completely natural. Rather than a flaw, this is a testament to the artisanal nature of our process and the quality of our ingredients.

We also use different cuts of meat in each batch to create a true nose-to-tail product. This means some batches may be slightly fattier while others may be leaner, depending on the specific cuts used.
