What if my order is delayed, stolen or lost in transit?Updated 19 hours ago
We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders on time. If your order is delayed, particularly if it's stuck at a large distributor, which often experiences delays, we monitor the situation closely and hope to see movement on the order soon. If your order does not arrive within 10 days from the expected delivery date, please inform us.
If your package is lost or stolen, you can submit a claim through our Claims Portal
To get started, please have the following information ready:
Your order number
The email address or zip code used at checkout
Please note:
To allow for common carrier delays, claims for lost packages can only be submitted if at least 5 days have passed since the last tracking update or at least 3 days have passed since the delivery date. In some cases, you may be asked to wait a bit longer before submitting your request.
Once your claim has been reviewed, you’ll receive a notification with the next steps.

Lineage Provisions is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
