How do I track my order and what can I do if it says 'delivered' but I haven't received it yet?Updated 3 months ago

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to monitor its progress. You can also track your order by following this link.

If your package is marked as 'delivered' but hasn't arrived, there may be cases where the tracking shows 'delivered' a day or so before the actual delivery. If you do not receive the item within 3 business days of the delivery notice, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance. We recommend also checking with neighbors or any secure delivery areas where the package may have been placed.

 We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
