What should I do if I placed a duplicate order by mistake?Updated 2 days ago

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please contact us promptly at [email protected] If the order has not processed, we can remove the extra order from our system and process a refund for you.

If your order has already processed, you can make a request in our Returns Portal to send the items back for a refund once they arrive. We will provide a prepaid return label for you. Please wait for your order to ship and a tracking link is provided before requesting to return. Otherwise your request may be rejected. 

Please note that to ensure a swift delivery process, orders can process quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
