What is your refund policy if I do not like the taste or have issues with the products?Updated 3 months ago

Our refund policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. If you find that our products do not suit your palate or if there are any issues with the product, please let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we will promptly process a full refund for your order back to the original payment method. We understand that taste is subjective and we strive to create products that many will enjoy, but we recognize it may not be for everyone. We kindly request any unused product be returned before issuing a refund, we will provide a pre-paid return label.  We value your feedback and are committed to continuous improvement.

If possible, please provide photos of the product and the packaging, including the Best By date and Lot Code, to forward to our production facility. This helps us maintain high quality standards and ensures we can prevent similar issues for future customers.
