What is beef isolate and what are the benefits?Updated 6 months ago

It is an isolate because the beef is defatted when it is processed, this makes it pure protein without carbs or fat.
Hydrolyzed beef isolate, it is made up of 70% muscle meat from beef and 30% collagen/gelatin. The only difference between our hydrolyzed beef isolate and actual beef is that there is no fat. The micro-nutrient profile matches 4oz of grass-fed steak. This will differ meaningfully depending on what kind of beef isolate is sourced and where it is sourced from, many competitors have beef isolates which are not complete protein and are almost exclusively collagen and gelatin. Ours is complete protein and is predominantly muscle meat.
While specific studies on the bioavailability of beef protein isolate are limited, it's generally considered to be highly bioavailable, similar to other protein sources such as whey protein isolate.
While beef protein isolate is generally considered to be highly bioavailable, individual responses may vary based on factors such as metabolism, digestive health, and overall diet. Overall, beef protein isolate can be a valuable source of high-quality protein for individuals seeking to support muscle growth, recovery, and overall health.
