Managing your payment methods ensures you never miss a shipment. Whether you need to add a backup card for peace of mind or update your current billing details, you can handle it all from your subscriber portal.
How to Add a New or Backup Payment Method
Adding a backup payment method ensures your subscription remains active even if your primary card has an issue.
Access Billing: Login to your account and navigate to the “Billing” or "Payment Methods" section.
Add Card: Select “Add New Payment Method” or click the “Add backup card” button.
Enter Details: Fill in your payment information.
Set Preferences: Once added, you can decide which method you’d like to use by default and which to keep as a backup.
Save: Confirm your changes to update your account.
How to Update an Existing Payment Method
If you need to change the details on a card already on file:
Login: Head to https://lineageprovisions.com/a/account/login
Edit Billing: Under the “Billing” section, click the “Edit” button.
Select & Update: Choose the specific payment method you’d like to modify, enter the new information, and save your changes.
