We want you to love your Lineage Provisions products — and we stand behind them with a straightforward, customer-friendly refund policy.
If our products don’t suit your palate or if there’s an issue with your order, just let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Have your order number and the email address or zip code used at checkout ready. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label upon approval.
We kindly ask that any unused product be returned before a refund is processed.

If possible, please include photos of the product and packaging, including the Best By date and Lot Code, so we can share with our production team.
