Yes. The Lineage Bar doesn't use stabilizers or nut butter bases to hold its shape under heat, which means it's more sensitive to temperature than most bars. If it arrived soft or slightly misshapen, pop it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes and it'll firm back up. The taste, safety, and quality are completely unaffected. One heads up: we don't recommend keeping it refrigerated long-term. The bar can get quite hard when chilled for extended periods, and we'd hate for you to have a tough chew on your hands. Once it firms up, a cool, dry spot at room temp is the sweet spot for storage.

For best results: store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it in a hot car, mailbox, or anywhere that gets direct sun. If you live somewhere that regularly hits 85°F+, we'd recommend shipping to a location where it won't sit outside or reaching out to us about timing your order and we can ship it with cold packs.
