Updating your shipping and billing information is simple. When you create a subscription with Lineage, we use the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If you need to adjust your details for future shipments, please follow the guide below.

How to Update Your Shipping Address

To change where your future orders are sent, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Account: Visit the Lineage Provisions Login Page https://lineageprovisions.com/tools/account/login

2. Locate Your Subscription: Scroll to the specific subscription you would like to edit.

3. Edit Shipping Info: Click the “Edit” link located next to your shipping information.

4. Save Your Changes: Enter your new address and click save.

Note on Multiple Subscriptions: These changes apply to one subscription at a time. If you have multiple active subscriptions, you will need to repeat these steps for each one to ensure all your deliveries go to the correct location.
