How do I skip a shipment?Updated a month ago

Do you have an order queued up, but you don't need it just yet? No worries! You can easily reschedule the next order in your subscription from your account page with just a few simple steps. Head to the subscriber portal and click the “change next order date” icon. This will allow you to pick when you’d like to have your next order placed and optionally update your shipping frequency.

To skip or delay your shipment, follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Access your Lineage Provisions account here: https://lineageprovisions.com/a/account/login

  2. Enter Your Code: You will receive a 4-digit login code via email (and SMS if you added your phone number to your account at checkout).

  3. Navigate to Delay: Once logged in, click the "SKIP" button located at the top right of your subscriptions page.

  4. Select a Date: Choose your preferred date from the dropdown menu.

  5. Confirm: Save your selection to update your subscription automatically.
